RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Steps to follow:

Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including all tags, within 7 days of the delivery date. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed, or damaged in any way. Items received in such conditions will be returned to the client, no credit will be issued.

Important Notes:
1. If there is a manufacturing defect, remember that you only have 7 days to let us know.

2. Items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. All SALE purchases are final.

3. The seven (7) days of change in shipping orders begin from the day that the "tracking number" indicates that it was received.

4. The shipping cost is not part of the credit as it is a separate service. Additional shipping costs for any change or return will be paid by the customer.

5. By sending the "tracking number", you can track the package, any situation that occurs with it can be communicated to the USPS or visit your mail. There are no "refunds".

6. Please verify the postal address that was sent to us, we write the same as it was sent to us.
